 Fully electric stackers, also known as pedestrian stackers, greatly increase production and lessen operator physical strain by enabling the smooth maneuvering of large loads. 

For the simple and secure transfer of concrete samples without causing any damage, ADF International Pvt Ltd has supplied a two-ton fully electric pallet stacker. After installation, strength and integrity can be assessed by removing concrete sections with instruments like hammers or core drills to examine material performance and qualities. This procedure entails sampling at random, handling samples carefully to avoid contamination, and then doing laboratory-based testing, including compressive strength analysis, to see how the concrete structure responds to loads. Samples must be moved carefully during this process.

Our Pallet Stacker which can lift up to 2T and 1.6m as per the load/lift graph which provides the right point of lift as per CG, powered with 20AH/12V x 4 batteries, 2.2kW motor power include the WIP light indicator, password protected and speed manipulation for controlled and fine movements to avoid any collision. 

Bid with Indus Eagle Pvt Ltd Brand secured the order on 27-March-2025 and imported on 14th March 2025 Creality Laser Cutting & Engraving Machine Source of 40W and 455 nm Wavelength class IV laser operated by LaserGRBL and LightBurn (Licensed) Softwares Including Rotary Roller which is 4th Axis and used for cylinderical objects HoneyComb and Safety Enclosure. .svg files normally used and drawn on LightBurn for cutting puposes.

Order awarded on 02-June-2025 The setup comprised a 4-port dual manifold equipped with double oblique stopcocks, #14/20 and #24/40 straight/3-way connectors, an oil bubbler for flow measurement, a dry tower for dry inert gas, a cold trap filled with LN2 in a Dewar flask, a Graham condenser, an analytical balance, a silicon oil bath, and a far infrared microcrystalline hot plate, all arranged within a fume hood. The system is used for multiple purposes specially when controlled environment is needed.

 Industrial AVR, or Voltage compensator 400kVA Servo type to contain the fluctuations we had to cope from our mains, is harmful to equipment and devices in laboratories. ADF International Pvt Ltd has supplied updated and advance technology AVR to NUST on 3rd Oct 2024 and team has visited on 16-Oct-2024 for its commissioning. Professional hands carefully carried out operations and successfully commissioned the regulator. The AVR whose response to sensing the irregularities is less than 1.5 seconds and control the line voltage fluctuations from 300-500V confine to 360-410 V maintaining Sine Wave.

AVR is variable transformer which adopts to variation and automatically selects the windings of being either step-up or step-down and selection is precisely made by a controller.   

Cope up with the severe voltage issues in NUST Risalpur ADF has supplied with Automatic Voltage Regulator Imported from China within 3 months by Sea. Item has been delivered on 03-Oct-2024 and awaiting its commissioning.
